Deepika isn't Just the name for us its The World for us....

Dream come true

Intro.

DEEPIKA and SRK the heart throb of our nation. Meeting them was our only dream. The only thing we wished and prayed for everyday without failure… we had desired that there will be a day when we will proudly say DEEPIKA and SRK knows us. And that day is HERE. Our strong desire, love for them and wish of doing anything to meet them made that possible.

DEEPIKA ans SRK means world to us. It’s not just for name sake but true. We spend days talking about them. Our chats only move around them.

25^th Dec 2012

Jinisha :- A normal day.. India vs. England 1^st T20 going on 20 Dec 2012 and Yuvraj suddenly see’s SRK & DEEPIKA at the stadium. As usual informs me immediately. Then he gets to know that the stadium is near Puna. Which is 255 kms away from Kolhapur(we stay here). Then we get to know that they are shooting here in WAI ()59kms) for CHENNAI EXPRESS (CE). And that’s it. DEEPIKA and SRK together are so close to us it was impossible for us to resist our self from trying and meeting them. We discuss n plan out when to go? How to go? Etc. And finally decide 25^th Dec it the day. I was at my native place KANKAVLI (110 km away from KOLHAPUR). I caught the first bus to come to KOLHAPUR at 7. All the way my mind spinning thoughts, dreaming, visualizing what’s going to happen next and how will the day turn out to be. Headphones plugged in all DEEPIKA’s songs in my playlist newspaper in my hand and I scribbling over it DEEPIKA DEEPIKA DEEPIKA and lines that suit her the best or describe her. Exchanging calls and texts with yuvraj knowing where is he upto with the plans. Finally a journey of three and half hours comes to an end and I reached KOLHAPUR by 10.30am. Yuvraj still struggling with the bike as petrol gets over. We meet at 11…….

Yuvraj :- 20^th Dec 2012 India vs. England 1^st T20, as always Twitter on PC n Match on TV... Unexpectedly I saw Deepika n SRK in the stadium… Me hurrying to tweet about it., but found that all the FC’s had just tweeted about it :p… As usual texted Jinisha, chatted for a while... Suddenly realized Stadium is in Pune ..Pune is 233Kms away from Kolhapur hardly 4hrs by road… So I was sure that the shoot location must be near Pune., so I Tweeted to Fc’s @deepikapfc and @thesrkfc1 asking where the Shoot for CE is going on .. and Luckily the @thesrkfc1 replied “Currently shooting in Wai”., and Wai is just 159kms from Kolhapur. That’s it texted Jin and decided that we’ll go for sure.. Jin had to go to Kankavli n return so gave a 4 day gap n decided to go on 25^th Dec hoping Santa would gift us what we wanted..So on 25^th Jin was supposed to arrive at Kolhapur 11:00, I was ready at 7 o clock in the morning (too much excited) .. Left Home at 10 and in excitement forgot the petrol… After going a few Kms the bike stopped and had to push the bike for almost 1.5kms to reach a petrol pump… Totally exhausted before even starting the journey… Got the petrol and at last meat Jinisha at 11… and the Journey began…….

Chocolates for SRK n Deepika

Did some shopping as we wanted to take chocolates for DEEPIKA and SRK(which we couldn’t give). And finally by 11 we leave Kolhapur. Just had two burgers for us. After ½ hr journey as we both had nothing from morning ate the burgers and preceded the journey. We reached SATARA (122 km from kop) at 1.30pm.

Jinisha:As I was going to meet Deepika I wanted a new shirt. And after shopping we left Satara at 2pm.

As we reached Wai around 3, our hearts pumping with excitement. We didn’t knew the exact location hence inquiring here and there we proceed further. We just received rough directions and still not sure whether the shoot is on for the day. Still we didn’t lose any hope fingers crossed moving ahead. While passing we asked a man he said “There are two shoots going on, One is in main Wai and the other was near Dhoom Dharan(Dhoom Dam), the one in Wai has Akshay Kumar in it but don’t know if SRK n Deepika are at Dhoom Dharan” we took a Hunch and proceeded towards Dhoom Dharan., And suddenly see a car which was returning from the direction towards which we were heading. it had a banner on it which said “FOOD”. The moment we saw the car our hearts started beating with double speed. Reached the dAm and asked a person their .,and he said “Yes SRK n Deepika are here” and showed us the direction where to go. Now we knew the set is ahead, shoots going on we are almost there. Our dream was just a few steps away from of us. We had a mixed bag of feelings, excited but tensed, happy but scared. Fear of returning empty handed from here... What if we don’t get to meet them? Questions were rising in our minds. But we had a feeling of satisfaction and were feeling proud of ourselves that we had done what we had decided. Finally we reached out to them. From here on it was our fate. Destiny had to decide what’s further.

And we reached the exact location. We see the security guards it was a check point and only crew cars were allowed in. There were few other people just like us waiting for them. The guard told us that we can only see them when the shoot is over just passing by. Shoot was supposed to get over by 6 pm There was no chance we could wait till then as we had to be back by 9. We are at the entrance just a few steps away from our dream completely demoralized. All the excitement gone and hearts filled with disappointment. Not able to decide what to do? Wait or leave? Listen to ur heart or mind?

We both were busy discussing just then a person (who was along the guards) came to us. It was a general talk. He asked us from where were we? For whom had we come i.e. SRK or DEEPIKA? When he got to know that we had traveled about 164 kms just to meet them he was surprised. He was like no you can’t do this just to see them, u cant travel such a long distance. He like felt a soft corner for us and said that he would try something. He asked the guards to permit us but even they had their duties. He was a native from Wai and knew the place were well. He told us that we could enter the sets by another road through a field road and could skip the guards. He instructed us with the directions and told us he would meet us further. With no delay we felt the place, parked the bike side of a road don’t know exactly were. We didn't even think about the bikes security and ran through the fields. We were completely unaware of what we were doing. There was a simple road (which we got to know while returning) but we were so excited that didn't notice it n climbed heaps, went through bushes, thorns and finally reached the place. By now we were completely numb. We had reached the place where their cars and vanity vans were parked. We couldn't believe ourselves that we were so close to them. When we reached there, there was a man sitting and we saw him from behind, for a while we thought he was ROHIT SHETTY and was so over whelmed. Then we realized that he was just a crew member and just looked like him from behind.

Now finally we were on sets. Some on the crew members were playing cricket with a piece of wood and a tennis ball. The person who had met us near the check point told us that SRK was on the sets shooting for a scene (the actual set was a bit further) and DEEPIKA was getting ready in her vanity van(which was right in front of us) for her next shot. We were afraid of even blinking our eyes so that we might miss her.

Just 10mins after we reached there, We were not even completely normal, were thinking of DEEPIKA n unexpectedly a car stops beside SRK”s vanity van and

”He, Himself THE KING KHAN- SRK steps out of the car. The World’s Greatest Man, The King, The Actual “SHAH RUKH KHAN” was in front of us. Seriously when this man comes in front of you unknowingly BOW to him.., and that’s what Happened. “

We really won’t be able to explain the feeling which we had for that moment. Completely stunned, shocked, happy, tears in eyes. He was right in front of us just may be 10-15 steps away. He got down from his car and entered the vanity van. These 5 sec made our life. We were still in that awe of feeling when he again stepped out of his vanity van and headed for the shoot again. Hardly 2 mins and we had seen “SHAH RUKH KHAN” twice, right in front of us. Half of our dream was completed in just 10 mins. We couldn’t believe it.

Now we were waiting for our princess. Even the word princess is not enough for her. She was busy getting ready and we were impatiently waiting for her. A girl in between carried a red orange sari into DEEPIKA’s van and we knew she was going to wear it. When SRK had arrived the gully cricket of the crew members had stopped for a while. They behaved as if nothing was going on. Must say crew members respect SRK and DEEPIKA a lot. They refer to them as sir and madam without failure. Even when their game was going on and the ball would hit DEEPIKA’s AUDI or SRK’s BMW they used to get scared. We were still waiting and a guard came and told us to leave the place. Then one of the crew members who were playing there told him to allow us to wait there. We were very happy and proud coz the person who allowed us to stay there was frequently entering DEEPIKA’s vanity. It was a proud feeling coz we felt that someone related to DEEPIKA had allowed to stay. The wait continued but no sign of our angel. Every time the door of her vanity was opened we would skip a thousand beats, seriously…

An hour passed but still she was getting ready. After some time the same person who had met us outside came to us. He asked how our experience of seeing SRK was. We thanked him for letting us in, but our words were not enough to express our gratitude towards him. Then we realized we had not even asked him his name. The person who played the most imp role in letting our dream come true was Mr. Nitin Govande. Then we exchanged our no’s and chatted for a while, and then he had to leave. He was like a savior for us. He asked us to call him in Feb and come again he might take us on the set..

We had to leave but our legs were not in control of our mind, they were listening to our heart which was not ready to leave. We won’t go back without seeing DEEPIKA after being so close to her. 2 hrs passed… we were spending time talking about SRK n DEEPIKA there was nothing else in our mind and watching them play. We were standing right next to SRK’s BMW another reason to feel proud :p

Now when we were bit relaxed and stable we realized that we had parked the bike just beside the road in an completely unknown place which worried us. But we dint wanted to take chance to go and look for the bike and miss DEEPIKA. Time was flying and we had to leave coz we had to again travel a distance of 164 kms. We were just thinking of this when The King arrived again in his car. It was the third time we were seeing him. Just like before he went into his vanity and left again in few minutes. But those few seconds where Heaven for us. Seeing SRK for 4 times within an Hour couldn’t ask for more… We were Felling like Screaming as loud as we can but had to control because we were told if we shout they will get us out of their. We had seen SRK 4 times but no chance of Deepika yet. It was 5.30 and it was finally end of our time limit. We had to leave at any cost. We were totally confused of what to do and our destiny gave us a signal. A car arrived and waited right in front of DEEPIKA’s vanity. The car had come to pick her to the sets. There was no chance that we were leaving now. Again our hearts were in our mouth. Anxiously waiting for our DIMPLE QUEEN to step out.......
And Finally That Moment Arrived, And This Is What We Saw

The door of her vanity van opens and she steps out… our eyes wide open we were completely absorbing her beauty.. She was completely dressed in a traditional way. Orange red sari, gold ornaments, she looked like a bride.
A divine Beauty. Nothing, Nothing is more beautiful the Angel named Deepika Padukone. She stepped out (chewing something) 3 steps down from her Vanity Van .,4 steps towards the car on the 3 rd step toward her car.....,

“She Turns Towards Us and Gives us a Million Dollar Smile ., Its Like one Flash and Everything Is Beautiful…Felt Like This Was The Only Reason We Were Born., Lived our Entire Life in that One Smile.”

She then turned towards the car and sat into it. . As DP was stepping down from the van, the person( who had let us stay there earlier) helped her with her sari (envied him a lot at that moment). After that he sat into the car and left. The moment she had stepped out was the moment of our life. Seeing her live and meeting her was our dream and we were living it. We had not met her but just by seeing her we were at cloud nine. We had lived our life. Our efforts had turned to gold. We had achieved what we wanted. our dream had come true. The moment we saw her felt like getting down our knees. She is truly a divine beauty. The word beautiful was made for her. And must say she is really very tall. After that moment we don’t want to stay there coz we had a greedy heart just seeing her once was not enough. We were feeling like waiting even more but that was not possible. We had tears of joy while leaving from there. Our Hearts were filled with Joy. ‘Seeing SRK and DEEPIKA on the Same Day’ we had never thought that. We could not meet or have an autograph due to lack of time but we knew, our heart knew that we had seen them we had achieved our dream.

We headed towards the bike heart and mind filled with thoughts of DEEPIKA and SRK and a feeling that could be never explained in words. We were shouting like kids. Both were speaking at the same time. We were not able to control our excitement. We were shivering with joy. Our bike was safe and we finally left the set at 5.45pm.

Its really difficult to express what we felt at the moments when we saw them. We had lost all our sensations. No hunger no thirst. We were completely satisfied. We just had burger in the morning but we felt noting. While returning back it was too cold. But we couldn’t slow down. We had to reach Kolhapur before 9. All the way along while returning back we had nothing to speak but SRK and DEEPIKA and out experience. In between we just waited to have some soup and rice. We finally reached Kolhapur by 9.15 just as planned.

Jinisha: I called my mom and told her. She was very happy for me. She knows how madly crazy I am for DEEPIKA. It was my mom’s birthday that day but I had received the gift. The best gift of my life ever..

Hello friends Do u know what’s the best thing about u all youngsters? Your fearless reaction n thoughts about anything. You feel like giving opinion about anything and u give it as if u don’t know fear, hesitation. The way u express ur views about anything fearlessly on social networking sites n also stand for it in front of everybody, its really appreciable. One more thing about u all is ur confidence. The confidence with which u face things is incredible. Ur generation is smart n intelligent. If anything wrong happening in society u all come together to fight against it. Even if there is competition in between u for ur careers u all stand together against the wrong. I saw this Unity in u all recently while protesting against Delhi gang rape incidence. U all fought together for the justice for the girl. U started talking about man-women inequality. Ur contribution, Ur discussion, Ur fight against wrong, that’s what I like the most.

I don’t understand y there should be inequality between man-women. Even if there is physical difference between both, today both are do equal work. Today u work together in many fields. So what are the carrier opportunities u know better than me. Women have the same career opportunities as men. In fact women definitely have more ability than men. Women can do many things. She looks after ur House, Family, Work in office, even looks after home, n all this at a time. Such power n ability men don’t have.Most of Girls are often told Don’t go out in night, don’t go alone anywhere. I don’t agree with this. After Delhi incidence it is said that Delhi is unsafe, but why to blame city because of some people wrong doings? Instead of this we need to think about what has happened. There are many getaways in our legal system. Our law process is very slow. Because of which it takes a long time to punish the guilty. And getting justice also depends on who wants the justice. Its just meaningless. Our law process needs to be loyal n true. because of all this fuzz the criminals are beneficial. Their belief that ‘who’s goanna mess with me?’ Is getting stronger. We should break this belief, punishment is necessary but also faster. And I am sure u’ll take necessary steps to do it.

Ur Self-confidence, ur Unity, ur Spirit will be beneficial here. Because I am young like u I can understand u. I can get easily get connected with u all because of ur way of thinking, the way u see things, I see my self in ur activities. U have a lot of power don’t use it in wrong place use it against the wrong things. And I am sure something good will definitely come out of it.

Deepika Padukone after her debut in “Om Shanti Om” has got attentions of lot of people. She made her mark in a decent role in OSO. But not remaining in the same kind of role she showed how versatile actor she is. Veronica from “Cocktail” is the best example of it..she also did the same kind of bold role in race2. Her terms for selecting the movie are fixed. She says ” I accept the role only if it is challenging, my heart tells me which role I should select n which I shouldn’t ”
1.     Where u worried while doing race2 coz it was a squeal ?
Ø Squeals are made with a point of view that it should be Bigger n Better than the 1^st. So there were no worries. In fact I enjoyed doing the movie. I got lot of things to learn.

2.     What are ur terms for selecting a movie ?
Ø Before accepting a movie I ask myself. What my heart tells me I do that. If I feel excited while hearing the story of the movie, then only I accept the movie. As an actress if the role is challenging then only I like to do that role. My heart tells me which movie I should accept n which I shouldn’t.

3.     How much do u agree with the tag line of race 2 ”Betrayal is survival” ?
Ø Whatever work u do loyalty n truthfulness is must. To win any competition betraying anyone is not correct. There are my ups n downs in life through which only trust can get u out.

4.     Where do u see yourself in the race of being no1 ?
Ø Currently every heroin in the industry has her unique identity for herself. Each actress are acting good. I don’t fear of the competition. In fact because of my sports background I love competition. If in any competition there are no competitors then where’s the fun in it ? I believe in competing with any one without any fight.

5.     Recently u n Priyanka had become good friends. Who are ur best friends in industry ?
Ø Truly speaking school friends are the one who are very close to me. They know me form childhood. So the friendship with them is the true friendship. Now there are many friends in industry. Priyanka and my friendship is not new. We are friends for a very long time. I know Priyanka before I came in the industry n even before I came into modeling. People are seeing us now together so that might be surprising for them.

6.     How was it working with RAJNIKANT in kochidyan?
Ø Awesome! I would love to learn to be decent n simple living as he is. He never makes u realize that he is the “Superstar Rajnikant”. He acts very simple.

7.     In the journey “OSO to Cocktail” did u changed? If yes what changed?
Ø In this journey I feel a lot confident. And more importantly I have stabilized in this industry. Now I’m more comfortable facing camera n talking to new people. When I came here from Bangalore not only the career was new but it was also a new way of living. So I had to change a lot in me. Now the industry has become mine. Now this all has become my family.
8.     How do u see success n failure?
Ø Since from the beginning because of the sports environment at home facing these both things was a lot easy. It’s important to see that u shouldn’t get over excited with the success, and also not get depressed by the failure. Success or failure don’t last for the whole life..

9.     Getting the stardust at such a young age, What difference has it made in life?
Ø The way I see nothing has changed. Some people say that I changed after becoming a star. But its not true. As the people of my age work in different fields or have business of their own just like that I work as a actress. Difference is that my field of work n because of which me also are talked on TV, news channels so we have the Glamour. Maybe because of that people might be thinking different.
1.  Truly speaking glamour affects personal life, is it annoying?
Ø The moment u become a star or a celebrity from the same moment people become more interested in u, become more curious about u. People feel like knowing them more n more. What’s happening in their lives, People want to read it n talk about it. And it’s obvious when I was in school I too felt the same curiosity for the stars, today I’m on its opposite side i.e. I’m the part of industry now. And yes some times when false things are written about me it’s hurting. Sometimes its gossip, sometimes its rumors. I don’t pay attention to these things, instead of it I concentrate on my work.

1.   Have came across any failures or disappointments...? How did u handle ur self..?
Ø By God’s grace I didn’t had to face any of it. I never had to ask myself “why I am here”, but sometimes ur movies doesn’t work then I think why did I did this movie or if I did it I should have done better than this.! Then realizing what went wrong I try not to do the same mistake again. Working in a movie is kind of a risk. Our career changes Friday to Friday. So while selecting a movie u have to think a lot n be cautious would like to tell this that our audience is really understanding. It’s not like that if any of ur movie doesn’t do good it doesn’t mean ur not their star anymore. The reason behind it is the people not only love ur work but also Love u.
1. Any incidence with any fan….
Ø I get a lot of mails and many of them are from girls. They take my roles in the movie as their role model. And for boys there are many marriage proposals. I would like to tell u 1 incidence., a boy from Maharashtra sent me a mail that he’s going to Bangalore and he was not asking the permission but was telling me. His tickets n all were booked. He was going to Bangalore to ask my father to marry me. But later what happened to him I don’t know. My Dad also never said anything about it.
